Saturday's Powerball jackpot goes to $86 million; One second prize ticket sold

The jackpot in the multi-state Powerball drawing went to $86 million for the Saturday drawing. The cash option stands at an estimated $60.9 million. None of the tickets sold for Wednesday's $73 million drawing matched six numbers. The numbers from Wednesday night, October 20th, 2021 were 07-29-36-41-43 and Powerball number was 05. The Powerball jackpot has been growing for 46 draws since Wednesday, June 16th, 2021. The last jackpot was won by one lucky ticket sold in , matched all six numbers for a $31.00 million top prize.
Even though there was no jackpot winner Wednesday evening, Powerball had some huge winners. There was a sole lucky ticket matched the first five lotto numbers but missed Powerball number, which won the 2nd prize. The 1 second prize winning ticket(s) purchased in North Carolina will collect $1 million cash.
