The jackpot for Saturday's Powerball drawing skyrockets to $262,000,000

There were no tickets sold matched all 5 lotto numbers plus the Powerball number in the latest multi-state Powerball game draw, and the projected grand prize for Saturday's drawing will jump to $262,000,000, lottery officials announced. The lump-sum cash payout will be a projected $$133.2 million. The winning numbers drawn Wednesday night, May 31st, 2023 were 02-04-54-61-62 with Power Ball 14. The Powerball jackpot has been rolling over for 298 draws since Wednesday, June 16th, 2021. A single lucky player from walked away with $31.00 million top prize in Saturday, June 12th, 2021 drawing.
Even though there was no jackpot winner Wednesday evening, some players still walked away with big money. There were 4 2nd prize winning tickets from Wednesday night's drawing, matching the first 5 numbers except the Powerball number. The 4 second prize winning ticket(s) bought in California(1), Indiana(1), Kentucky(1) and Ohio(1) won $1 million cash.
Other prizes won Wednesday evening included 5 tickets that matched 4 white numbers together with Powerball and won $10,000. There were 2 tickets matched 4+1 with Power Play option, multiplying the winnings by 4 for a total win of $40,000 each! Other prizes won Wednesday night included 187 tickets that matched four white ball numbers and won $100. 57 additional players not only matched 4 white ball, but also chose the Power Play option, double the winnings to a total win of $200 each!
