Wednesday's Powerball jackpot breaks to $81,000,000; 1 ticket matched the first 5 numbers

With no winner in the latest draw, the Powerball lottery jackpot is going to be worth $81,000,000 (cash value $$37.9 million) the next time the multistate lottery is drawn on Wednesday. The amount carried over because nobody hit all 6 numbers to win the $64,000,000 grand prize Monday night. The numbers drawn Monday night, September 15th, 2025 were 14-15-32-42-49 and Powerball number was 01.
Though there was no jackpot winner Monday evening, some people still walked away with huge prizes. There was a single lucky ticket matched all 5 lotto numbers but missed Powerball number, which won the 2nd prize. The one second prize ticket(s) from FL matched all 5 white ball numbers and also chose Power Play, which doubled the prize to $2 million cash win!
Other prizes won Monday evening included 6 tickets that matched four white ball numbers as well as the Powerball and won $10,000.
