The jackpot for Tuesday's Mega Millions drawing soars to $900,000,000

Tuesday's Mega Millions jackpot is going to be worth a projected $900,000,000 (cash value $$415.3 million), since no one hit all 5 lotto numbers plus the Mega Ball number in Friday night's drawing. The winning numbers from Friday, November 7th, 2025 drawing were 16-21-23-48-70 with Mega Ball 05 and Megaplier x. The Mega Millions jackpot has been growing for 65 draws since Friday, March 28th, 2025.The last jackpot was won by one lucky ticket sold in IL, matched all six numbers for a $344 million top prize.

Although the grand prize was not awarded Friday evening, Mega Millions had some big winners. There were a total of 16 third prize winning tickets. These included 16 tickets that matched 4 white numbers as well as the Mega Ball and won $10,000.

In addition, 360 tickets matched 4 of the 5 lotto numbers. Those tickets are each worth $500. Other prizes won included 1100 tickets that matched 3 white numbers plus the Mega Ball and won $200.

With 9 different prize tiers, there were 1,353,470 winning tickets sold across U.S. in the Friday, November 7th, 2025 drawing.

Mega Millions is a consortium associated with 44 state lotteries. It holds the record biggest jackpot in United States lottery history. Mega Millions drawings are held every Tuesday and Friday at 10:59 PM Eastern Time. Mega Millions lottery uses a 5/70+1/25 matrix from which winning numbers are chosen. The minimum Mega Millions advertised jackpot is $40,000,000. The annuity option is paid in 30 equal yearly payments. Winners may choose one time lump-sum cash payout option instead.
