Tuesday's Mega Millions jackpot rolls up to $93 million; One second prize ticket sold

Tuesday's Mega Millions game grand prize rolled up to $93 million, since no ticket hit all 6 winning numbers drawn Friday night. The cash value for Tuesday will be an estimated $62.7 million. Friday's $79 million is the total grand prize amount - before taxes - if the prize is taken in annual installments. The winning numbers drawn Friday night, March 12th, 2021 were 02-24-25-31-65 with Mega Ball number 18 and Megaplier X0.
Although the jackpot was not hit Friday evening, Mega Millions had some huge winners. There was a sole lucky ticket correctly matched the first 5 numbers but missed Mega Ball number, which won the 2nd prize. The one lucky ticket(s) purchased in , each won one quarter million dollar cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.
Also, 15 tickets matched four of the five lotto numbers, as well as the Mega Ball number. Those tickets are each worth $10,000. Other winners Friday evening included 265 tickets that matched 4 lotto numbers and won $500. There were 777 tickets that matched three white ball numbers as well as the Mega Ball and also won $200.
There were 81,250 Mega Millions winning tickets sold in the state of New York. There were 40625 top prize winning tickets sold in the state of New York.
