The jackpot for Friday's Mega Millions drawing skyrockets to $223,000,000

The grand prize in the Mega Millions multi-state lottery game has been increased to $223,000,000. The lump-sum cash payout will be a projected $$99.4 million up for grab. The prize amount was rolled over since nobody matched all 5 white ball numbers plus the Mega Ball number in Tuesday's $202,000,000 drawing. The next Mega Millions drawing is Friday night.
