No jackpot ticket sold last night. Mega Millions jackpot builds to $138 million

The grand prize in the Mega Millions multi-state lottery game has been rolled up to $138 million. The lump-sum cash payout will be $101.5 million. The prize amount was rolled over because no one matched all 5 white ball numbers and the Mega Ball number in Tuesday's $128 million drawing. The next Mega Millions drawing is Friday night. The winning numbers from Tuesday, July 20th, 2021 drawing were 10, 26, 30, 52, 57 and the Mega Ball was 10, Megaplier was 2. The Mega Millions jackpot has been rolling over for 809 draws since Friday, October 4th, 2013.The last jackpot was won by one lucky ticket sold in Maryland, matched all six numbers for a $189 million top prize.

Even though the jackpot was not awarded Tuesday evening, some players still walked away with large winnings. There were a total of 13 3rd prize winners. Among them, 13 tickets matched four of the five lotto numbers, as well as the Mega Ball number. Those tickets are each worth $10,000.

Additional prizes won Tuesday evening included 294 tickets that matched 4 white numbers and won $500. 942 tickets matched three of the five lotto numbers, as well as the Mega Ball number. These tickets are also each worth $200.

There were 97,788 Mega Millions winning tickets sold in the state of New York. There were 48894 top prize winning tickets sold in the state of New York.

With nine different ways to win, there were 1,247,624 winning tickets sold across the nation in the Tuesday, July 20th, 2021 drawing.

Mega Millions game is played in 43 states and Washington DC. Mega Millions drawings occur every Tuesday and Friday at 10:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Each play costs $1. In some states, players can choose to pay $1 extra to buy the Megaplier option, which multiplies the prizes 2 to 5 times except jackpot. The overall chances of winning any prizes is about 1 to 14. The odds of matching 6 Mega Millions numbers are about 1 in 302 million. The minimum Mega Millions advertised grand prize is $40 million. The annuity option is paid in 30 equal annual payments. Winners may select one time lump-sum cash payout option instead.
