The cash value stands at $$42.8 million. Mega Millions' grand prize rose because no player matched all five lotto numbers plus the Mega Ball number drawn Friday night. The winning numbers from Friday, August 14th, 2026 drawing were 03, 23, 27, 46, 60 with Mega Ball 11 and Megaplier . The Mega Millions grand prize has been rolling over for 145 draws since Friday, March 28th, 2025.A single lucky winner from IL won the $344 million grand prize in Tuesday, March 25th, 2025 drawing.
Although there was no grand prize winner Friday evening, some people still walked away with large winnings. There were a total of 7 3rd prize lucky winners. Among them, 7 tickets matched four of the five lotto numbers, as well as the Mega Ball number. Those tickets are each worth $10,000.
Other winners Friday evening included 139 tickets that matched 4 lotto numbers and won $500. There were 434 tickets that matched three white ball numbers plus the Mega Ball and also won $200.
With 9 ways to win, there were a total of 522,282 winning tickets sold across U.S. in the Friday, August 14th, 2026 drawing.
Mega Millions is a consortium associated with 44 state lotteries. On average, 50% of the Mega Millions sales goes back to the players in prize winnings.
