The lottery official announced that the Friday, February 27th, 2026, Mega Millions drawing resulted in a roll-over, generating an $473,000,000 grand prize for the next drawing Tuesday. The cash option will be an estimated $$221.8 million. The numbers drawn Friday night, February 27th, 2026 were 11, 18, 39, 43, 67 and the Mega Ball was 23, Megaplier was . The Mega Millions jackpot has been growing for 97 draws since Friday, March 28th, 2025.The last jackpot was won by a lucky ticket sold in IL, matched all six numbers for a $344 million top prize.
Even though there was no jackpot winner Friday evening, Mega Millions did produce some big winners. A total of 9 lucky players won the third prize. These included 9 tickets that matched 4 white numbers together with Mega Ball and won $10,000.
Other prizes won Friday evening included 197 tickets that matched 4 lotto numbers and won $500. 526 tickets matched three of the five lotto numbers, plus the Mega Ball number. These tickets are also each worth $200.
With nine different prize levels, there were 538,075 winning tickets sold nationwide in the Friday, February 27th, 2026 drawing.
Mega Millions is an U.S. popular lottery game offered in 44 lottery jurisdictions as a shared jackpot game. It holds the record highest jackpot of $656 million in North American lottery history. The minimum Mega Millions advertised jackpot starts at $40,000,000. The annuity option is paid in 30 equal yearly payments. Winners can select one time lump-sum cash payout option instead.
