Mega Millions jackpot jumps to $579,000,000; Three tickets won the second prize

Wall Street is not the only place where fortunes are made and lost these days. One fortune will be up for grabs on Friday, when Mega Millions game has $579,000,000 on the line. The cash value will be a projected $$276.6 million. Mega Millions' jackpot rose because nobody matched all five white ball numbers plus the Mega Ball number drawn Tuesday night. The numbers drawn Tuesday night, December 3rd, 2024 were 52, 60, 61, 66, 67 and the Mega Ball was 23, Megaplier was 4. Nobody won the Mega Millions grand prize in the past 24 draws since Friday, September 13th, 2024.One lucky player from TX walked away with $800 million jackpot in Tuesday, September 10th, 2024 drawing.
While there was no grand prize winner Tuesday evening, some people still walked away with huge prizes. There were three lucky winners matched all 5 numbers but missed Mega Ball number, which won the second prize. Mega Millions is one of the most popular lottery games in the U.S. offered in 44 participating states as a shared jackpot game.
