Tuesday's Mega Millions jackpot jumps to $435,000,000; Two tickets won the second prize

The Mega Millions lottery grand prize increased because nobody hit all six numbers from Friday night's $405,000,000 drawing. The next jackpot went to $435,000,000 for Tuesday night's drawing. The cash option will be an estimated $$212.4 million. The numbers from Friday, August 9th, 2024 drawing were 12-32-38-40-57 and the Mega Ball was 21, Megaplier was 2. There was no jackpot winning ticket sold in the past 19 draws since Friday, June 7th, 2024.A single lucky player from IL walked away with $560 million jackpot in Tuesday, June 4th, 2024 drawing.

Although there was no grand prize winner Friday evening, Mega Millions had some big winners. There were two lucky players that correctly matched the first five lotto numbers and won the second prize. The two lucky ticket(s) sold in OR,TN, each won $1,000,000 cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.

Additional prizes won Friday evening included 17 tickets that matched 4 white ball numbers as well as the Mega Ball and won $10,000. Other prizes won Friday night included 360 tickets that matched 4 white ball numbers and won $500. Other prizes won included 890 tickets that matched 3 white numbers together with Mega Ball and won $200.

With nine prize levels, there were 1,510,878 winning tickets sold across the nation in the Friday, August 9th, 2024 drawing.

Mega Millions can be played in 43 states and Washington DC. It holds the record biggest jackpot of $656 million in North American lottery history.
