Friday night's Mega Millions lottery drawing has yielded no grand prize winner for the $228,000,000 grand prize. With no one matched all six numbers in Mega Millions game , Tuesday night's drawing is going to be worth a projected $257,000,000 for a single winner. The cash option will be a projected $$115.6 million. The winning numbers from Friday night, April 26th, 2024 were 15-23-53-57-61 with Mega Ball number 09 and Megaplier x3. The Mega Millions grand prize has been growing for nine draws since Friday, March 29th, 2024.The last jackpot was won by a single ticket sold in NJ, matched all six numbers for a $0 million top prize.

Although there was no jackpot winner Friday evening, some people still walked away with huge prizes. There were a total of 12 3rd prize lucky winners. These included 12 tickets that matched 4 white numbers in addition to the Mega Ball and won $10,000.

Other prizes won Friday night included 289 tickets that matched 4 lotto numbers and won $500. There were 744 tickets that correctly matched 3 white ball numbers plus the Mega Ball and also won $200.

With 9 different prize levels, there were 1,372,838 winning tickets sold nationwide in the Friday, April 26th, 2024 drawing.

Mega Millions can be played in 43 states and D.C. About 50% of the Mega Millions sales goes back for the players through prizes. Around 15% goes to retailer commissions and lottery operating costs. About 35% total sales is used to support government services, education and charities in the member lottery states. To play, select 5 numbers from 1 to 70 then pick a Mega Ball number from a set of 25. Each play costs $1. In some states, players can choose to spend 1 extra dollar to purchase the Megaplier, which multiplies the original winnings 2 to 5 times except jackpot. The minimum Mega Millions advertised grand prize is $40,000,000. The annuity option is paid in 30 equal yearly payments. Winners may select one-time lump sum cash payout option instead.
