Mega Millions jackpot builds to $184 million Tuesday night; One ticket matched the first 5 numbers

The Mega Millions grand prize is on the move again. The jackpot for the Tuesday, April 6th, 2021 drawing moves to $184 million with the cash option at a projected $123.9 million. The numbers from Friday, April 2nd, 2021 drawing were 10-42-48-53-62 and the Mega Ball was 19, Megaplier was 2. No one won the Mega Millions jackpot in the past 778 draws since Friday, October 4th, 2013.The last jackpot was won by a lucky ticket sold in Maryland, matched all six numbers for a $189 million top prize.

While the grand prize was not awarded Friday evening, Mega Millions had some huge winners. There was only one lucky ticket matched the first five lotto numbers but missed Mega Ball number, which won the 2nd prize. The one second prize winning ticket(s) sold in will collect $1,000,000 cash each.

In addition, 13 tickets matched four of the five lotto numbers, plus the Mega Ball number. Those tickets are each worth $10,000. Other prizes won Friday night included 408 tickets that matched four lotto numbers and won $500. 871 tickets matched three of the five lotto numbers, as well as the Mega Ball number. These tickets are also each worth $200.

There were 100,114 Mega Millions winning tickets sold in the state of New York. There were 50057 grand prize winning tickets sold in the state of New York.

With 9 different ways to win, there were a total of 1,393,098 winning tickets sold across U.S. in the Friday, April 2nd, 2021 drawing.
