Wednesday's Powerball jackpot rolls up to $127,000,000; Two tickets won the second prize

The Powerball grand prize is on the move again. The grand prize for the Wednesday, September 24th, 2025 drawing goes to $127,000,000 with the cash value of $$59 million. The winning numbers from Monday, September 22nd, 2025 drawing were 03, 29, 42, 46, 59 and Powerball number was 15. The Powerball jackpot has been growing for seven draws since Monday, September 8th, 2025.
While there was no grand prize winner Monday evening, Powerball did produce some big winners. There were two second prize winning tickets from Monday night's Powerball drawing, matching the first five white ball numbers but not the Powerball number. The 1 second prize winning ticket(s) bought in CT won 1 million dollar cash. The other one second prize winner(s) from PA also chose Power Play, which doubled the prize to 2 million dollar cash win!
Other prizes won Monday night included 2 tickets that matched 4 white numbers in addition to the Powerball and won $10,000. 5 additional players not only matched 4+1, but in addition bought the Power Play option, multiplying the winnings by 4 for a total win of $40,000 each!
With 9 ways to win, there were a total of 328,216 tickets across the nation won a total of $0 prizes in the Monday, September 22nd, 2025 drawing.
America's favorite Powerball game is played in 42 states, D.C. and the US Virgin Islands. Powerball drawings are held every Wednesday and Saturday night at 10:59 PM Eastern Time. Powerball uses a 5/69+1/26 matrix from which winning numbers are chosen. Each play costs $2. Players can choose to pay 1 extra dollar to purchase the Power Play, which multiplies the winnings but not jackpot. The minimum Powerball grand prize is $40,000,000. The annuity option is paid in 30 graduated payments in 29 years. Winners can choose one time lump sum cash payout option instead.
