Saturday's Powerball jackpot breaks to $195,000,000; 1 player matched the first 5 numbers

There has been another rollover in the jackpot for the multistate Powerball game - to $195,000,000. The cash option will be an estimated $$99.1 million. The jackpot grew since nobody hit all 6 numbers from Wednesday night's $176,000,000 drawing. The numbers from Wednesday night, September 18th, 2024 were 01, 11, 22, 47, 68 with Power Ball 07. There was no jackpot winning ticket sold in the past thirteen draws since Wednesday, August 21st, 2024. The last jackpot was won by one lucky ticket sold in CA, matched all six numbers for a 44,000,000 top prize.
While the grand prize was not awarded Wednesday evening, some players still walked away with big money. There was a single lucky ticket matched all five numbers but missed Powerball number, which won the 2nd prize. The 1 lucky ticket(s) sold in NJ, each won $1 million cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.
Also, 7 tickets matched four of the five lotto numbers, as well as the Powerball number. Those tickets are each worth $10,000. There were 5 tickets matched 4+1 with Power Play option, multiplying the winnings by 4 for a total win of $40,000 each! In addition, 201 tickets matched 4 of the 5 lotto numbers.
