Monday's Powerball jackpot leaps to $64,000,000; 4 players matched the first five numbers

The Powerball lottery jackpot increased since no one hit all five lotto numbers and the Powerball number from Saturday night's $50,000,000 drawing. The next jackpot climbed to $64,000,000 for Monday night's drawing. The lump-sum cash payout stands at an estimated $$30 million up for grab. The winning numbers from Saturday, September 13th, 2025 drawing were 28, 37, 42, 50, 53 with Power Ball 19.
Even though the jackpot was not hit Saturday evening, some people still walked away with big money. There were 4 lucky tickets correctly matched all five numbers but missed Powerball number, which won the second prize. The four lucky ticket(s) sold in CA(1), IA(1), MA(1) and MD(1), each won $1 million cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.
Additional prizes won Saturday evening included 9 tickets that matched 4 white numbers in addition to the Powerball and won $10,000. 5 additional players not just matched 4+1, and also purchased the Power Play option, multiplying the prizes by 4 for a total win of $40,000 each! Also, 296 tickets matched four of the five lotto numbers. Those tickets are each worth $100. There were 39,885 Powewrball winning tickets sold in the state of New York. A ticket sold in New York matched 4 white ball numbers as well as the Powerball. The lucky ticket holder will receive $10,000 cash. There was a single lucky New York player matched 4 white ball numbers as well as the Powerball with Power Play and won $40,000. 85 tickets were sold in the state of New York which matched either 4 or 3+1 numbers. The lucky ticket holders will receive $100 each. There were 17 lucky New York winners won $200 prize by matching 4 or 3+1 numbers with Power Play purchased.
With nine different prize tiers, there were a total of 532,206 tickets nationwide won $0 prizes in the Saturday, September 13th, 2025 drawing.
Powerball is one of the most popular lottery games in the U.S. offered in 44 member states as a shared jackpot game.
