Powerball jackpot rises to $64,000,000 Monday night; Four tickets matched the first five numbers

The Powerball multi-state lottery jackpot built to $64,000,000 (cash value $$30 million) Monday night when there were no jackpot winning tickets in the $50,000,000 drawing, lottery officials said. The numbers from Saturday, September 13th, 2025 drawing were 28-37-42-50-53 and Powerball number was 19.
While there was no grand prize winner Saturday evening, some players still walked away with big money. There were four 2nd prize winning tickets from Saturday night's drawing, matching the first 5 numbers except the Powerball number. The four lucky ticket(s) bought in CA(1), IA(1), MA(1) and MD(1), each won 1 million dollar cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.
Additional major winners Saturday evening included 9 tickets that matched four white ball numbers as well as the Powerball and won $10,000. 5 additional players not only matched 4+1, but in addition purchased the Power Play option, multiplying the prizes by 4 for a total win of $40,000 each! Additional prizes won Saturday night included 296 tickets that matched 4 white numbers and won $100. 79 additional tickets at this prize level were also wisely purchased with the Power Play option that doubled winnings to $200 cash! There were 590 tickets that matched 3 white ball numbers as well as the Powerball and also won $100. 218 additional players not only matched 3+1, but in addition chose the Power Play option, doulbled the prizes to $200 cash each ticket.
