Powerball jackpot jumps to $112,000,000 Saturday, September 7th, 2024; 1 player won the second prize

The jackpot in America's favorite Powerball lottery is on the move. Since no one correctly hit all five white ball numbers and the Powerball number in Wednesday's drawing, the grand prize will jump to an estimated $112,000,000! The cash value stands at $$55.3 million. The winning numbers from Wednesday, September 4th, 2024 drawing were 07-10-21-33-59 with Power Ball number 20. The Powerball grand prize has been growing for seven draws since Wednesday, August 21st, 2024. A single lucky winner from CA walked away with 44,000,000 grand prize in Monday, August 19th, 2024 drawing.
Even though the grand prize was not awarded Wednesday evening, some people still walked away with huge prizes. There was only one lucky winner correctly matched all 5 lotto numbers but missed Powerball number, which won the second prize. The one lucky ticket(s) bought in MI, each won $1,000,000 cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.
Additional prizes won Wednesday evening included 5 tickets that matched 4 white ball numbers plus the Powerball and won $10,000. 2 additional tickets of this prize level were also wisely purchased with the Power Play option that multiplied the prize 4 times to $40,000 cash!
