The multi-state Powerball game grand prize has grew to an estimated $93,000,000 dollars after there was no jackpot winner in Monday's drawing. The cash value will be a projected $$45.9 million. The winning numbers drawn Monday night, September 2nd, 2024 were 08-42-46-48-53 with Power Ball number 22. There was no jackpot winning ticket sold in the past 6 draws since Wednesday, August 21st, 2024. The last jackpot was won by one lucky ticket sold in CA, matched all six numbers for a 44,000,000 top prize.
Even though the grand prize was not awarded Monday evening, Powerball did produce some big winners. A total of 5 lucky tickets won the third prize. 1 additional tickets of this prize level were also wisely bought with the Power Play option that multiplied the prize 4 times to $40,000 cash!
Also, 124 tickets matched 4 of the 5 lotto numbers. Those tickets are each worth $100. There were 35 tickets matched 4 white ball with Power Play option, doubled the winnings to a total win of $200 each! There were 344 tickets that correctly matched three white ball numbers plus the Powerball and also won $100. 149 additional players not only matched 3+1, and also purchased the Power Play option, doulbled the winnings to $200 cash each ticket.

Powerball lottery is played in 42 states, D.C. and the US Virgin Islands. To play Powerball, choose 5 numbers from a set of 69 and choose a Powerball number from 1 to 26. Each play costs $2.
