Monday's Powerball jackpot breaks to $358,000,000; Two second prize tickets sold

The Powerball multi-state lottery grand prize leaped to $358,000,000 (lump-sum cash payout $$170.7 million) Monday night when there were no jackpot winning tickets in the $344,000,000 drawing, lottery officials said. The numbers from Saturday, October 25th, 2025 drawing were 02, 12, 22, 39, 67 with Power Ball number 15. The Powerball grand prize has been rolling over for 21 draws since Monday, September 8th, 2025. Two lucky winners from MO and TX won the jackpot in Saturday, September 6th, 2025 drawing and shared 1,800,000,000.
Though the jackpot was not hit Saturday evening, Powerball had some huge winners. There were two second prize winners from Saturday night's drawing, matching all 5 white ball numbers but not the Powerball number. The 1 second prize winning ticket(s) sold in MN will collect $1,000,000 cash. The other 1 second prize winner(s) from VA also bought Power Play, which doubled the prize to $2,000,000 cash win!
Also, 14 tickets matched four of the five lotto numbers, as well as the Powerball number. Those tickets are each worth $10,000. 1 additional tickets at this prize level were also wisely purchased with the Power Play option that multiplied the prize 4 times to $40,000 cash!
With nine different prize levels, the Saturday night's drawing generated 643,501 winning tickets nationwide with a total amount of $0 prizes.
Powerball is an American popular lottery game can be played in 44 member states as a pari-mutuel jackpot game. Powerball uses a 5/69 (white balls) + 1/26 (Powerballs) matrix to randomly choose winning numbers. Each play costs $2. Players can choose to spend $1 extra to purchase the Power Play, which multiplies the original prizes but not grand prize. The overall odds of winning any prizes is about 1 to 32. The odds of winning Powerball grand prize are 1 to 292,201,338. The minimum Powerball advertised jackpot is $40,000,000. The annuity option is paid in 30 yearly increment installments in 29 years. Winners may select one lump sum cash payout option instead.
