Enormous Powerball jackpot up for grabs Saturday night

The jackpot in the Powerball multi-state lottery game has been increased to $207,000,000. The lump-sum cash payout will be $$91 million. The prize amount was rolled over because nobody matched all six winning numbers in Wednesday's $189,000,000 drawing. The next Powerball drawing is Saturday night. The numbers from Wednesday, May 28th, 2025 drawing were 23, 27, 32, 35, 59 and Powerball was 11.
Even though there was no jackpot winner Wednesday evening, Powerball did produce some big winners. There were 3 tickets that correctly matched all five white ball numbers and won the second prize. The 3 second prize winning ticket(s) sold in CA(2) and WA(1) will collect $1 million cash.
Additional prizes won Wednesday evening included 7 tickets that matched 4 white numbers in addition to the Powerball and won $10,000. Also, 177 tickets matched four of the five lotto numbers. Those tickets are each worth $100. There were 57 tickets matched 4 white ball with Power Play option, doubled the prizes to a total win of $200 each! Additional prizes won Wednesday evening included 553 tickets that matched 3 white numbers as well as the Powerball and won $100. 188 additional tickets at this prize level were also bought with the Power Play option that doubled winnings to $200 cash.
With nine different ways to win, the Wednesday night's drawing generated 387,942 winning tickets across the nation with a total amount of $0 prizes.
America's favorite Powerball can be played in 42 states, D.C. and the US Virgin Islands. The minimum Powerball advertised jackpot is $40,000,000. The annuity option is paid in 30 yearly increment payments in 29 years. Winners can choose one lump-sum cash payout instead.
