Powerball jackpot rises to $154,000,000; One player matched the first five numbers

The projected grand prize for Monday night's drawing was $141,000,000. According to Powerball, no one hit every number and the jackpot moved to $154,000,000. The lump-sum cash payout will be a projected $$67.7 million. The winning numbers from Monday night, May 25th, 2026 were 17, 32, 48, 60, 64 and Powerball number was 10. The Powerball grand prize has been rolling over for 10 draws since Monday, May 4th, 2026. Two lucky winners from FL and TX won the jackpot in Saturday, May 2nd, 2026 drawing and split 20,000,000.
While the grand prize was not hit Monday evening, some people still walked away with huge prizes. There was a sole 2nd prize winning ticket from Monday night's Powerball drawing, matching the first 5 white ball numbers but not the Powerball number. The one lucky ticket(s) purchased in CA, each won $1 million cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.
Additional prizes won Monday evening included 9 tickets that matched 4 white ball numbers plus the Powerball and won $10,000. There were 1 tickets matched 4+1 with Power Play option, multiplying the prizes by 4 for a total win of $40,000 each! Also, 133 tickets matched four of the five lotto numbers. Those tickets are each worth $100. There were 58 tickets matched 4 white ball with Power Play option, doubled the prizes to a total win of $200 each! 329 tickets matched three of the five lotto numbers, as well as the Powerball number. These tickets are also each worth $100. There were 107 tickets matched 3+1 with Power Play option, doubled the prizes to win a total win of $200 each.

Powerball game can be played in 42 states, D.C. and the US Virgin Islands. Powerball drawings occur every Wednesday and Saturday at 10:59 PM Eastern Time. The minimum Powerball jackpot starts at $40 million. The annuity option is paid in 30 yearly increment payments. Winners may select one lump-sum cash payout option instead.
