Powerball jackpot increases to $93,000,000 Monday; One second prize ticket sold

The jackpot in the Powerball multistate lottery game continues moving up and is going to be up to an estimated $93,000,000 for the upcoming drawing on Monday. The cash option stands at an estimated $$42.3 million up for grab. The amount was rolled over because nobody matched all five lotto numbers plus the Powerball number to win the $82,000,000 jackpot Saturday night. The winning numbers from Saturday night, May 10th, 2025 were 05, 20, 28, 39, 42 with Power Ball 13. The Powerball jackpot has been growing for 6 draws since Monday, April 28th, 2025. The last jackpot was won by a lucky ticket sold in KY, matched all six numbers for a 168,000,000 top prize.
Although there was no jackpot winner Saturday evening, some players still walked away with large winnings. There was a sole lucky winner correctly matched all 5 white ball numbers but missed Powerball number, which won the 2nd prize. The 1 second prize winning ticket(s) bought in WV will collect 1 million dollar cash.
Other prizes won Saturday evening included 6 tickets that matched 4 white numbers plus the Powerball and won $10,000. 4 additional tickets of this prize level were also wisely bought with the Power Play option that multiplied winnings 4 times to $40,000 cash! Other prizes won Saturday night included 219 tickets that matched 4 white numbers and won $100. 59 additional tickets at this prize level were also wisely bought with the Power Play option that doubled the prize to $200 cash! 607 tickets matched 3 of the 5 lotto numbers, as well as the Powerball number. These tickets are also each worth $100. There were 216 tickets matched 3+1 with Power Play option, doubled the winnings to win a total win of $200 each.
There were 35,740 Powewrball winning tickets sold in the state of New York. A ticket sold in New York matched 4 lotto numbers in addition to the Powerball. The lucky ticket holder will receive $10,000 cash. There were 83 lucky New York winners won $100 prize by matching 4 or 3+1 numbers. 14 tickets were sold in the state of New York which matched either 4 or 3+1 numbers with Power Play. The lucky ticket holders will receive $200 each.

America's favorite Powerball can be played in 42 states, D.C. and the US Virgin Islands. Powerball drawings occur every Wednesday and Saturday night at 10:59 PM Eastern Time. Each play costs $2.
