A winner from FL won $214,000,000 jackpot from the Powerball drawing Monday night

A single winner has taken the $214,000,000 jackpot from the latest drawing of the multistate Powerball. The only ticket to match all the winning numbers from Monday night's drawing was sold in FL. The numbers from Monday night, May 6th, 2024 were 07, 23, 24, 56, 60 and Powerball was 25. The winner will have the choice of annuity payments for the entire prize amount of $214,000,000, or the cash payment of $99.7 million before tax withholding. The winning ticket holder is highly suggested to sign the ticket, place it in a secure place and contact lottery officials as soon as possible. Jackpot winner has the chance to select the cash value of the jackpot while claimng the prizes. If the winner does not make choice, the payment option will revert to annuity by default.
In addition to the grand prize hit on Monday, Powerball created many more happy winners walked away with big money.
