Two players from FL and TX hit $20,000,000 Powerball jackpot

Two tickets sold in FL(1) and TX(1) matched all 6 numbers in Saturday night's Powerball drawing, worth approximately $20,000,000, lottery officials stated. The numbers from Saturday, May 2nd, 2026 drawing were 25, 37, 42, 52, 65 with Power Ball number 14. The winner will have the choice of annuity payments for the entire prize amount of $20,000,000, or the cash payment of $9.1 million before tax withholding. The winning ticket holders are encouraged to sign the ticket, place it in a secure place and get in touch with lottery officials as soon as possible. Jackpot winners have the opportunity to select the cash value of the jackpot while claimng the prizes. If the winner do not make choice, the payment option will revert to annuity by default.
