Saturday's Powerball jackpot climbs to $206,000,000; 1 second prize ticket sold

The grand prize for Saturday Powerball jumped to $206,000,000 (cash option $$95.7 million) after no player matched all 6 winning numbers Wednesday night. The numbers from Wednesday night, June 5th, 2024 were 08-44-45-51-69 with Power Ball 12.
While the grand prize was not awarded Wednesday evening, Powerball had some huge winners. There was a single ticket that matched the first five white ball numbers and won the 2nd prize. The one second prize winning ticket(s) sold in CA will collect $1,000,000 cash.
Additional major winners Wednesday evening included 6 tickets that matched 4 white ball numbers plus the Powerball and won $10,000. 3 additional players not only matched 4+1, but also chose the Power Play option, multiplying the prizes by 4 for a total win of $40,000 each! Additional winners Wednesday night included 157 tickets that matched 4 white ball numbers and won $100. 68 additional players not just matched 4 white ball, but additionally bought the Power Play option, double the prizes to a total win of $200 each!
