Powerball jackpot moves to $44,000,000 Saturday night; 2 tickets matched the first five numbers

There were no tickets sold hit all 5 white ball numbers plus the Powerball number in the latest multi-state Powerball game draw, and the projected grand prize for Saturday's drawing will increase to $44,000,000, according to lottery officials. The cash value stands at a projected $$19.7 million up for grab. The numbers from Wednesday, June 4th, 2025 drawing were 05, 17, 23, 35, 45 with Power Ball number 24.
Though there was no jackpot winner Wednesday evening, some players still walked away with large winnings. There were 2 tickets that matched all five numbers and won the 2nd prize. The two second prize winning ticket(s) purchased in MD(1) and NY(1) won $1,000,000 cash.
