Saturday's Powerball jackpot breaks to $526,000,000; One second prize ticket sold

The lottery official announced that the Wednesday, July 15th, 2026, POWERBALL's drawing resulted in a carry over, creating a $526,000,000 jackpot for the next drawing Saturday. The cash value stands at $$233.5 million up for grab. The winning numbers from Wednesday, July 15th, 2026 drawing were 02, 07, 18, 29, 38 and Powerball was 16. The Powerball jackpot has been rolling over for 32 draws since Monday, May 4th, 2026.
Although the grand prize was not awarded Wednesday evening, some players still walked away with huge pile of cash. There was a sole lucky winner correctly matched the first 5 numbers but missed Powerball number, which won the 2nd prize. The 1 second prize ticket(s) from LA matched all 5 white ball numbers and also bought Power Play, which doubled the prize to $2,000,000 cash win!
Also, 16 tickets matched four of the five lotto numbers, plus the Powerball number. Those tickets are each worth $10,000. 5 additional players not just matched 4+1, but additionally purchased the Power Play option, multiplying the winnings by 4 for a total win of $40,000 each!
