A single player in OH walked away with $138,000,000 Powerball jackpot in Wednesday night's drawing

One single winner has taken the $138,000,000 grand prize from the latest drawing of the multistate Powerball game. The only ticket to match all the winning numbers from Wednesday night's Powerball lotto drawing was purchased in OH. The winning numbers from Wednesday, July 3rd, 2024 drawing were 02-26-33-55-57 with Power Ball number 22. The winner can take a cash option worth $65.8 million before taxes, or decide to receive 29-year, 30-installment annuity option. The winning ticket holder is highly suggested to sign the ticket, place it in a safe place and get in touch with lottery officials as soon as possible. Jackpot winner has the chance to choose the cash value of the jackpot while claimng the prizes. If the winner does not make choice, the payment option will revert to annuity by default.
Along with the jackpot awarded on Wednesday, more people walked away with huge prizes. There were three second prize winning tickets from Wednesday night's drawing, matching the first 5 numbers except the Powerball number. The 3 second prize winning ticket(s) purchased in CA(2) and PA(1) will collect 1 million dollar cash.
Additional prizes won Wednesday night included 5 tickets that matched 4 white numbers as well as the Powerball and won $10,000. In addition, 174 tickets matched 4 of the 5 lotto numbers. Those tickets are each worth $100. There were 51 tickets matched 4 white ball with Power Play option, doubled the prizes to a total win of $200 each!
