No jackpot ticket sold. Saturday's Powerball jackpot moves to $46,000,000

The jackpot in America's favorite Powerball lottery is on the move. Since no player correctly matched all six numbers in Wednesday's drawing, the grand prize will roll up to $46,000,000! The cash value will be an estimated $$20.5 million. The winning numbers from Wednesday, January 22nd, 2025 drawing were 05-06-27-40-49 with Power Ball number 05.

Although there was no jackpot winner Wednesday evening, Powerball did produce some big winners. A total of 6 lucky tickets won the 3rd prize. 0 additional tickets of this prize level were also wisely purchased with the Power Play option that multiplied winnings 4 times to $40,000 cash!

Other winners Wednesday evening included 127 tickets that matched four white ball numbers and won $100. 48 additional players not only matched 4 white ball, and also chose the Power Play option, double the winnings to a total win of $200 each! Additional prizes won Wednesday night included 368 tickets that matched 3 white numbers plus the Powerball and won $100. 157 additional tickets at this prize level were also bought with the Power Play option that doubled winnings to $200 cash.

With nine prize levels, the Wednesday night's drawing created 297,644 winning tickets nationwide with a total amount of $0 prizes.
