The jackpot for Wednesday's Powerball drawing soars to $218,000,000

Wednesday's Powerball lottery grand prize is going to be worth an estimated $218,000,000 (cash option $$101.6 million), since nobody hit all six winning numbers in Monday night's drawing. The winning numbers from Monday, February 23rd, 2026 drawing were 05, 11, 23, 29, 47 with Power Ball number 06.
While the jackpot was not hit Monday evening, some players still walked away with huge pile of cash. There was a sole lucky winner correctly matched all five numbers but missed Powerball number, which won the 2nd prize. The 1 lucky ticket(s) bought in NY, each won 1 million dollar cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.
Other prizes won Monday evening included 13 tickets that matched 4 white ball numbers plus the Powerball and won $10,000.
