No one hit the jackpot. Powerball jackpot rolls up to $60,000,000 Wednesday

The lottery official announced that the Monday, January 8th, 2024, POWERBALL's drawing resulted in a roll-over, generating a $60,000,000 jackpot for the next drawing Wednesday. The cash option will be a projected $$29.7 million. The winning numbers from Monday, January 8th, 2024 drawing were 07-17-28-40-45 and Powerball was 02.

Even though the jackpot was not hit Monday evening, Powerball had some big winners. There were a total of 9 3rd prize lucky winners with or without Power Play. These included 8 tickets that matched four white ball numbers plus the Powerball and won $10,000.

Also, 175 tickets matched 4 of the 5 lotto numbers. Those tickets are each worth $100. There were 66 tickets matched 4 white ball with Power Play option, doubled the winnings to a total win of $200 each! 397 tickets matched 3 of the 5 lotto numbers, as well as the Powerball number. These tickets are also each worth $100. There were 151 tickets matched 3+1 with Power Play option, doubled the prizes to win a total win of $200 each.

With nine prize tiers, the Monday night's drawing created 301,023 winning tickets across U.S. with a total amount of $0 prizes.
