No one won the jackpot. Wednesday's Powerball jackpot jumps to $66 million

The jackpot in the multi-state Powerball lottery drawing increased to $66 million for the Wednesday drawing. The cash option stands at an estimated $48.3 million. No ticket sold for Saturday's $56 million drawing hit five lotto numbers plus the Powerball number. The winning numbers from Saturday, February 13th, 2021 drawing were 20, 28, 33, 63, 68 with Power Ball number 20. The Powerball grand prize has been growing for 105 draws since Saturday, February 15th, 2020. The last jackpot was won by a single ticket sold in Michigan, matched all six numbers for a $70.00 million top prize.
Although there was no jackpot winner Saturday evening, some players still walked away with huge pile of cash. 12 third prize winning tickets were sold nationwide. There were 4 tickets matched 4+1 with Power Play option, multiplying the winnings by 4 for a total win of $40,000 each!
In addition, 201 tickets matched four of the five lotto numbers. Those tickets are each worth $100. There were 54 tickets matched 4 white ball with Power Play option, doubled the winnings to a total win of $200 each! Other prizes won Saturday night included 619 tickets that matched 3 white numbers in addition to the Powerball and won $100. 176 additional tickets of this prize level were also bought with the Power Play option that doubled winnings to $200 cash.
There were 35,745 Powewrball winning tickets sold in the state of New York. One ticket sold in New York matched 4 white ball numbers in addition to the Powerball. The lucky ticket holder will receive $10,000 cash. There were 67 lucky New York players won $100 prize by matching 4 or 3+1 numbers. 7 tickets were sold in the state of New York which matched either 4 or 3+1 numbers with Power Play. The lucky ticket holders will receive $200 each.
With nine prize tiers, the Saturday night's drawing produced 502,281 winning tickets across the nation with a total amount of $0 prizes.
Powerball is an American popular lottery game offered in 44 member states as a pari-mutuel jackpot game. Powerball drawings are held 2 times a week every Wednesday and Saturday night at 10:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Powerball game uses a 5/69 (white balls) + 1/26 (Powerballs) system from which winning numbers are chosen. The minimum Powerball advertised grand prize is 40 million dollar. Its annuity option is paid in 30 yearly increment installments in 29 years. Winners can select one time lump sum cash payout option instead.
