Powerball jackpot rises to $145,000,000; One ticket matched the first five numbers

The grand prize in the Powerball multi-state lottery game has been increased to $145,000,000. The cash value stands at an estimated $$66.2 million. The prize amount was rolled over since no player matched all five white ball numbers and the Powerball number in Wednesday's $117,000,000 drawing. The next Powerball lottery drawing is Saturday night. The winning numbers from Wednesday, December 25th, 2024 drawing were 15-26-27-30-35 and Powerball was 03. The Powerball grand prize has been rolling over for eight draws since Monday, December 9th, 2024. The last jackpot was won by a lucky ticket sold in NY, matched all six numbers for a 260,000,000 top prize.
Although the grand prize was not awarded Wednesday evening, Powerball had some huge winners. There was a single lucky ticket correctly matched all five numbers but missed Powerball number, which won the 2nd prize. The 1 ticket(s) in NJ matched all 5 numbers with the Power Play for an incredible $2 million cash win!
