Monday's Powerball jackpot breaks to $1,600,000,000; 8 players won the second prize

The grand prize in America's favorite Powerball lottery game continues to climb exciting players all across the nation. Since nobody correctly hit all 5 white ball numbers and the Powerball number in Monday's drawing the grand prize will leap to $1,600,000,000! The cash value stands at an estimated $$735.3 million. The winning numbers drawn Saturday night, December 20th, 2025 were 04-05-28-52-69 with Power Ball number 20. Nobody won the Powerball grand prize in the past 45 draws since Monday, September 8th, 2025.
Though the grand prize was not awarded Saturday evening, Powerball did produce some big winners. There were 8 second prize winning tickets from Saturday night's drawing, matching all 5 lotto numbers but not the Powerball number. The eight lucky ticket(s) sold in CA(1), FL(1), IA(1), MA(1), MI(2), NH(1) and OH(1), each won $1 million cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.
