Powerball jackpot increases to $1,500,000,000 Saturday, December 20th, 2025; Eight second prize tickets sold

The projected jackpot for Wednesday night's drawing was $1,250,000,000. According to official Powerball, no player matched every number and the jackpot rolled up to an estimated $1,500,000,000. The cash value will be a projected $$686.5 million. The winning numbers from Wednesday night, December 17th, 2025 were 25-33-53-62-66 and Powerball was 17. No one won the Powerball jackpot in the past 44 draws since Monday, September 8th, 2025. The last jackpot was won by two lucky tickets sold in MO and TX, matched all six numbers and split a 1,800,000,000 top prize.
Although there was no jackpot winner Wednesday evening, Powerball had some huge winners. There were eight lucky tickets matched all five lotto numbers but missed Powerball number, which won the 2nd prize. The 6 second prize winning ticket(s) sold in CT(1), NY(3), PA(1) and TN(1) will collect 1 million dollar cash.
