No one won the jackpot last night. Powerball jackpot increases to $30,000,000

The MUSL lottery official announced that the Monday, December 9th, 2024, POWERBALL's drawing resulted in a carry over, creating a $30,000,000 grand prize for the next drawing Wednesday. The lump-sum cash payout stands at $$14.5 million. The winning numbers from Monday, December 9th, 2024 drawing were 35-37-40-45-51 with Power Ball number 24. The Powerball jackpot has been growing for 20 draws since Saturday, October 26th, 2024. The last jackpot was won by one lucky ticket sold in GA, matched all six numbers for a 478,000,000 top prize.

Although the jackpot was not awarded Monday evening, Powerball had some big winners. 8 third prize winning tickets were sold across the nation. These included 7 tickets that matched four white ball numbers plus the Powerball and won $10,000.

Other prizes won Monday night included 103 tickets that matched 4 white numbers and won $100. 43 additional tickets at this prize level were also wisely bought with the Power Play option that doubled winnings to $200 cash! 283 tickets matched three of the five lotto numbers, as well as the Powerball number. These tickets are also each worth $100. There were 93 tickets matched 3+1 with Power Play option, doubled the winnings to win a total win of $200 each.
