Saturday's Powerball jackpot rises to $168,000,000; 1 ticket matched the first 5 numbers

The lottery official announced that the Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025, POWERBALL's drawing resulted in a rollover, creating a $168,000,000 grand prize for the next drawing Saturday. The lump-sum cash payout will be $$77.1 million up for grab. The numbers from Wednesday, April 23rd, 2025 drawing were 15-44-63-66-69 and Powerball was 20. No one won the Powerball jackpot in the past 11 draws since Monday, March 31st, 2025. A single lucky player from CA walked away with 515,000,000 jackpot in Saturday, March 29th, 2025 drawing.
Though there was no grand prize winner Wednesday evening, some players still walked away with huge prizes. There was a single ticket that correctly matched all 5 numbers and won the 2nd prize. The one second prize winning ticket(s) sold in PA won 1 million dollar cash.
Other prizes won Wednesday night included 3 tickets that matched 4 white numbers as well as the Powerball and won $10,000. There were 3 tickets matched 4+1 with Power Play option, multiplying the prizes by 4 for a total win of $40,000 each! Additional winners Wednesday night included 159 tickets that matched four white ball numbers and won $100. 60 additional players not just matched 4 white ball, but also chose the Power Play option, double the prizes to a total win of $200 each! Powerball is an American popular lottery game can be played in 44 member states as a shared jackpot game. Powerball drawings occur every Wednesday and Saturday night at 10:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
