Powerball jackpot leaps to $75,000,000; One player won the second prize

The grand prize in the Powerball multi-state lottery game has been increased to $75,000,000. The lump-sum cash payout stands at $$34.1 million. The prize amount was rolled over since no player hit all 5 white ball numbers plus the Powerball number in Wednesday's $58,000,000 drawing. The next Powerball lottery drawing is Saturday night. The winning numbers from Wednesday, April 15th, 2026 drawing were 13-21-27-43-45 with Power Ball number 26.
While there was no jackpot winner Wednesday evening, Powerball did produce some big winners. There was only one lucky player that matched all 5 numbers and won the second prize. The 1 second prize winning ticket(s) purchased in CO won $1 million cash.
In addition, 6 tickets matched 4 of the 5 lotto numbers, as well as the Powerball number. Those tickets are each worth $10,000.
