The jackpot for Saturday's Powerball drawing skyrockets to $217,000,000

Wall Street is not the only place where fortunes are made and lost these days. One fortune will be up for grabs on Saturday, when Powerball has $217,000,000 on the line. The lump-sum cash payout will be $$97.4 million up for grab. Powerball's jackpot rose because no one hit all five lotto numbers plus the Powerball number drawn Wednesday night. The winning numbers from Wednesday night, April 1st, 2026 were 04-10-11-52-64 with Power Ball 24.
Though the jackpot was not hit Wednesday evening, Powerball had some big winners. There were a total of 13 3rd prize winning tickets. These included 7 tickets that matched 4 white ball numbers as well as the Powerball and won $10,000.
Also, 230 tickets matched four of the five lotto numbers. Those tickets are each worth $100. There were 87 tickets matched 4 white ball with Power Play option, doubled the prizes to a total win of $200 each! There were 644 tickets that correctly matched 3 white ball numbers plus the Powerball and also won $100. 217 additional players not just matched 3+1, but also purchased the Power Play option, doulbled the prizes to $200 cash each ticket.
There were 31,777 Powewrball winning tickets sold in the state of New York. There was a lucky New York player matched 4 white ball numbers and also the Powerball and won $10,000. 92 tickets were sold in the state of New York which matched either 4 or 3+1 numbers. The lucky ticket holders will collect $100 each. There were 19 lucky New York winners won $200 prize by matching 4 or 3+1 numbers with Power Play purchased.
With 9 prize levels, there were a total of 423,291 tickets nationwide won a total of $0 prizes in the Wednesday, April 1st, 2026 drawing.
Powerball is an American popular lottery game sold in 44 member states as a pari-mutuel jackpot game. To play, select 5 numbers from 1 to 69 then pick one Powerball number from a set of 26.
