The jackpot for Saturday's Powerball drawing soars to $217,000,000

Wednesday night's Powerball lottery drawing has yielded no grand prize winner for the $194,000,000 grand prize. With no player hit all six numbers in Powerball lottery , Saturday night's drawing is going to be worth $217,000,000 for a single winner. The cash value stands at an estimated $$97.4 million. The winning numbers from Wednesday night, April 1st, 2026 were 04-10-11-52-64 with Power Ball number 24.
Though there was no grand prize winner Wednesday evening, some people still walked away with large winnings. 13 3rd prize winning tickets were sold nationwide. 6 additional tickets at this prize level were also wisely bought with the Power Play option that multiplied winnings 4 times to $40,000 cash!
Also, 230 tickets matched four of the five lotto numbers. Those tickets are each worth $100. There were 87 tickets matched 4 white ball with Power Play option, doubled the prizes to a total win of $200 each! Additional prizes won Wednesday evening included 644 tickets that matched 3 white numbers in addition to the Powerball and won $100. 217 additional tickets at this prize level were also bought with the Power Play option that doubled the prize to $200 cash.
There were 31,777 Powewrball winning tickets sold in the state of New York. There was one lucky New York player matched 4 white ball numbers as well as the Powerball and won $10,000. 92 tickets were sold in the state of New York which matched either 4 or 3+1 numbers. The lucky ticket holders will receive $100 each. 19 tickets were sold in the state of New York which matched either 4 or 3+1 numbers with Power Play. The lucky ticket holders will collect $200 each.
With 9 ways to win, there were a total of 423,291 tickets nationwide won $0 prizes in the Wednesday, April 1st, 2026 drawing.
Powerball can be played in 42 states, D.C. and the US Virgin Islands. Each play costs $2. Players can choose to pay $1 extra to buy the Power Play option, which increases the prizes but not grand prize. The odds of winning any prizes is about 1 to 32. The chances of matching 6 Powerball numbers are about 1 in 292 million. The minimum Powerball jackpot starts at 40 million dollar. The annuity option is paid in 30 yearly increment payments in 29 years. Winners can choose one time lump sum cash payout instead.
