Big Powerball jackpot up for grabs Wednesday night

The estimated grand prize for Monday night's drawing was $1,000,000,000. According to official Powerball, no one hit every number and the jackpot went to a projected $1,090,000,000. The cash value will be a projected $$527.3 million. The winning numbers from Monday, April 1st, 2024 drawing were 19, 24, 40, 42, 56 with Power Ball 23.
Though there was no grand prize winner Monday evening, some players still walked away with big money. There were 6 lucky tickets correctly matched the first 5 numbers but missed Powerball number, which won the 2nd prize. The six lucky ticket(s) bought in Florida(1), Maryland(2), Minnesota(1), North Carolina(1) and Virginia(1), each won 1 million dollar cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.
Additional prizes won Monday night included 53 tickets that matched 4 white numbers plus the Powerball and won $10,000. 11 additional players not just matched 4+1, but in addition bought the Power Play option, multiplying the prizes by 4 for a total win of $40,000 each!
