Saturday's Powerball jackpot rolls up to $112,000,000; One ticket won the second prize

The multi-state Powerball game grand prize has went to $112,000,000 dollars after there was no grand prize winner in Wednesday's drawing. The cash value stands at an estimated $$60.3 million. The numbers drawn Wednesday night, March 22nd, 2023 were 27-28-37-50-57 with Power Ball 05. The Powerball grand prize has been growing for 268 draws since Wednesday, June 16th, 2021. The last jackpot was won by a lucky ticket sold in , matched all six numbers for a $31.00 million top prize.
Though there was no jackpot winner Wednesday evening, some players still walked away with large winnings. There was a sole lucky winner matched all 5 numbers but missed Powerball number, which won the second prize. The 1 lucky ticket(s) bought in West Virginia, each won $1 million cash by matching all 5 white ball numbers.
Other prizes won Wednesday evening included 10 tickets that matched four white ball numbers plus the Powerball and won $10,000. 2 additional players not only matched 4+1, but also chose the Power Play option, multiplying the winnings by 4 for a total win of $40,000 each! Also, 135 tickets matched 4 of the 5 lotto numbers. Those tickets are each worth $100. There were 53 tickets matched 4 white ball with Power Play option, doubled the prizes to a total win of $200 each! Additional prizes won Wednesday night included 402 tickets that matched 3 white numbers plus the Powerball and won $100. 144 additional tickets at this prize level were also bought with the Power Play option that doubled winnings to $200 cash.
With nine prize tiers, there were 361,025 tickets nationwide won $0 prizes in the Wednesday, March 22nd, 2023 drawing.
